We went to the gym, browsed Target (a couple of times!), played at parks, read books, and other various activities to kill the time while Cam was gone. I enjoyed getting some one-on-one time with my little buggy while the hubs was away, but when nighttime rolled around I definitely missed the adult conversation and the company and found that I was talking to myself a few times. ;)
We got to go pick Cameron up his morning, and it is already nice to have him back! Not to mention he brought home a few items that we didn't have when he left...such as these (courtesy of General Mills!):
- A Patagonia fleece jacket
- A backpack/laptop bag
- A cooler
- Flip cam
- A 32 GB iTouch
- An Amazon Kindle
- And...a Wii!!
Not bad for a week away, right? :) Besides all these fun new toys, it really is great to have Cameron back! We sure missed him!
Now, I am off to read some instruction manuals. :)

Wow... you told me that the "gifts" got better and better each day... you weren't kidding! Why didn't my old job have these kinds of perks? Mom told me on the phone about an hour ago about the Kindle (heard Cam gave that to you... that is SOOO up you alley, you little reader you), but how did neither of you mention the iPod or the Wii? AWESOME!
Those perks are amazing! I'm glad Cameron is back. It's so lonely being a single parent! :)
Holy Cow! That is amazing, did everyone get all this stuff or did he win it? Guess it paid off to have him gone for the week huh?

Seriously, John has some explaining to do! The only thing he brought home was a gift card to the apple store. Just watch, he's going to try to pretend he got me one of those for mothers day.
