On the way down, we were taking with Taber and Becca about how long it had been since any of us had been to a game without any kids. Cameron and I hadn't been to a baseball game with no kids since before Miley was born. I think Taber and Becca haven't been able to stay for a full game, since they always have kids with them...in fact, Becca said that they had never made it to the 7th inning stretch, so all she really wanted to do was to sing "Take Me Out To the Ballgame!" So we were pretty excited to be kid free this night!
The Twins played the Kansas City Royals, and Taber scored some sweet tickets from work. We were on the first baseline, about 15 rows up.
It was a great night, with great company. Becca described it best, when she said it was a Win-Win-Win situation because it was a double date, a guys night, and a girls night all rolled into one. I added the 4th Win in the title, because the Twins ended up winning 7-1.
Oh, and Becca finally got to sing "Take Me Out To the Ballgame." :)

I pretty much just need to copy and paste this post over onto my blog:) That was totally a win, win, win, win! I love nights like that. Seeing that ice cream just makes me happy. Yeah, I definitely think we need to include ice cream splurge nights into our weekly diets. Oh yeah, and I like how you totally posted a picture of your boyfriend Mauer! hahaha! I bet Cameron is soooo jealous! : )
p.s. those freeze dried apples are so good! I've already eaten two bags MYSELF! I gotta slow down and save them for the kids. Glad I got so many.

How fun!! Maddy and I are looking at your blog and she saw the pic of you and Becca eating ice cream and she said, "they look adorable" I thought that was quite a compliment :)
Fun! I can't believe we've only been to one game this year. Hopefully we'll get another in before the season's over. It's not like baseball season is short or anything!
How fun! Baseball games are a blast. We just went to a D'Backs game on Friday. One of these days we'll all have to go to one together.:)
